The golems deal just enough damage to the orcs to make the fight fair, then the controller is struck down by assassins and the golems go inert.</p><p></p><p>Also, I seem to recall there being a dragon somewhere in the module, you could change it's type to one of the more neutral ones and try to have the PCs persuade it to help the dwarves. Then, of course, the dragon will want something in return, which is where another adventure comes into play.</p></blockquote><p></p>
