Hello, ive been lurking for awhile and now i have a take on the monk class i'd like to share Way of strength Monks of the way of strength celebrate athletics and competition as a way of enlightenment. Monasteries are often devoted to gods or heroes of strength. Unlike the more ascetic orders, the way of strength embraces local communities and are often organizers of both professional and amateur sports. Impossible physique Starting at third level when you choose this tradition, your character becomes a paragon of strength and athleticism. His body pushes the boundaries of mortal men and bestows great power. When you are wearing no armor or shield Your AC equals 10+ your strength modifier+ your wisdom modifier, you have advantage on all strength and athletics checks, and advantages to save against poison and disease. Signature Attack At 6th level your character gains his own unique signature attack. The details are up to you, but the result is unarmed attack that costs two ki points. You make a single attack that receives advantage against the target and if it hits you roll damage as if you had hit with all of your available attacks that turn. For example a 6th level monk can normally attack thrice (or four if using fury of blows) a turn so he would roll all three (four) damage dice on the one hit. After using this ability it cannot be reused until after a long rest. Missing the target leaves the monk open and anyone attacking the monk receives advantage on their attacks. Unstoppable fists At 11th level your unarmed strikes have become impossibly strong. Your unarmed attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 God strength At 17th level you gain the ability to accomplish impossible feats of strength. When rolling a strength check You can spend 5 ki points to effectively multiply your strength score 4X for the purposes of a single strength check. Your character cannot use this ability again until after a long rest Notes:I made this order because i always play my monks as big hulking Olympians who fight hand to hand.
