What character class(es) are you?

I would guess Improved Initiative, Running, and Alertness.

Exotic Weapon Prof whip, pointblank shot, weapon focus Whip. Indy had all of these

I assume you are a rogue?

How about Exotic Weapon (whip), Luck of Heroes (FRCS), and Acrobatic (S&S).

Will you have firearms in the game? Don't forget to carry your 6 shooter.

Exotic Weapon Proficiency Whip - of course
Lightning Reflexes - You have to be quick to dodge those giant boulders
Improved Unarmed Strike - Indy was always good at throwing those sucker punches

Hope these help.

You might also consider Improved Disarm. Indy often finds himself in tight spots where his captures have guns and all he has are his fist, whip, or some mundane item. He has to get the jump on them and disarm them.

Yes, it's a Human Rogue.

I will absolutely take the Exotic Weapon Prof. feat, for sure.

I suggest a rogue 3 - fighter 2 (rogue first). Take the exotic weapon (whip) feat and education feat (all knowledge skills are class skills and you get a +1 to any 2 knowledge skills) at first level. Take luck of heroes at 3rd level and then get two levels of fighter. Take two of the following at 4th and 5th level and one more at 6th: acrobatic, lightning reflexes, improved disarm, improved trip, point blank shot.

Since you are a rogue, use the hand crossbow as your trusty "firearm." Use poison.

since you already have several good ideas, i just thought i'd point out that acrobatic and lightning reflexes aren't on the list of bonus feats that a fighter can take at 1st and 2nd level ... *shrug*
