The Campaign Manager has basic functionality so far. In the next couple of days, a links block, files block, journal, and separate picture albums (for maps, NPCs, etc.) will be added. Later, there will be an XP tracker and a loot tracker. After that is a bigger addition. Characters. Here are my thoughts so far, but I want to get this right. This isn't a character generator, and needs to cover all game systems, so it needs to be fairly generic. There will be a scaled down version for GMs for NPCs, too. Any suggestions, changes, additions? Characters Each member may create any number of RPG characters. These characters can then be added to campaigns. All of a member's characters are shown in a profile tab, and on the main campaign manager overview page. These display character image (resized to avatar size), name, campaign (or "Unassigned" if none) and link to the full character. Each campaign has a block for characters which shows the characters (portrait resized to avatar image, name) assigned to that campaign. A character can be assigned to a campaign in two ways:

Go to campaign, click Add Character, select one of your characters from a dropdown menu.
Go to campaign, click Create New Character.
A character can be created but not yet assigned to a social group by simply clicking "Create Character" from the campaign manager overview page. This caracter can be assigned to a campaign using step (1) above at a later date.
GM has setting where he can choose to approve characters, or allow automatically for existing campaign members (players). Players can add more than one character to a campaign. Character Details When creating and displaying a full character, each has:

Name
Owned by (user who owns that character)
Portrait (upload an image)
Game System (dropdown of options, options automatically match campaign manager game system categories)
Summary (eg "4th level elven ranger")
Description
Statistics
Experience Points (numeric, starts at default 0; permissions assigned globally by campaign by GM - player can add XP, or only GM can add XP)
Notes
Group owner has the ability to edit all characters in his social group. Also to remove characters from group. XP Tracker This will come a bit later. GM can award XP. Enters amount, reason, and selects character to award to from dropdown list of characters in that campaign (or "all" if awarding everyone the same XP). XP Tracker keeps a running list of XP awards, and XP total on the character itself is automatically updated. Ideal for a GM to assign XP at the end of or in between sessions. Note that this doesn't handle levels or anything - different systems use different progressions and stuff, and those that don't use XP can deactivate this feature.
