Negative aspect: those who change the world for the worse, or for their own gainThe Hero contrasts with the Lawgiver in that he breaks down the structures of society to make way for new ones. He fights the negative aspects of the Lawgiver (abuse of power). The Hero is the check against authority.</blockquote>
