Dungeon Magazine
#113: Queen with Burning Eyes (level 1)
#115: Steel Shadows (level 7, adaptable for 6-9)
#117: Fallen Angel (level 4, adaptable for 1-5)
Probably more after that.

Dragon #330 has the article about the Umbragen (a cool drow tribe in - or under - Xen'drik).

I cannot recommend enough checking out the Dragonshards articles at Wizards' Eberron Site. Written by Keith Baker, they are almost like reading the pieces of flavor that got cut from the sourcebook (however, it's all new material, and if you don't know about it, you've got about 8 months of reading to catch up on). :)

Yeah, the Dragonshards articles are great. It's FREE, official material that comes out twice a month!

Also, check out the Ask Keith Baker threads at the Eberron General message board over at WotCs. Actually, you should start with the Ask Keith Baker FAQ. Keith answers questions there (mostly fluff questions and clarifications, but a few rules too).

There is also Monster Manual III, which has several Eberron-specific monsters (like Blackscale and Poison Dusk Lizardfolk) with some flavor information on said monsters.

There is a three-part Eberron mini-campaign arc (three adventures) appearing in Dungeon issues 123 - 125 (123 appears in stores next week).

Just got Dungeon #123 and it looks like I may be sending the group there.... ;)

Though there is more study and work to it, there are the two novels.

There are many websites that can be found through the Eberron Wizard site that are fan supported including a monster a week thread which has some neat ideas.
