Help Me Identify this Waterdeep Image

Hi gang,
I'm in a campaign based in Waterdeep. I want to get a better version of this image of the city. Do any of you know the source of this image? Is it from one of the old FR books? If so, which one?

City System.

It was a boxed set released for 1E with enormous maps of the city: IIRC, eight large maps that connected together. This was another poster map from the boxed set.

I still have mine. Love it. I really must revisit it soon.
