And anything except his melee basic attack will crit on 19-20.But making him into usual Avenger and giving him Jagged Weapon could be another choice.My current biggest concern is, as I only chose powers with Radiant keyword, his Encounters may be sub-per.Maybe I can change his deity to Pelor for taking Solar Enemy. But flavor-wise, I want to make him a worshiper of Moradin who hunts down giants and their kins.Would you please optimize this build and give some advice?But remember, I want to use that mini.
