Help me select 22 psionic powers for...

[Knightfall]

...an erinyes devil that is a Enchanter/Telepath/Cerebremancer. She is known as the Mistress of Nightmares and is a servant of the Archdevil known as Bel. I need 22 powers for her, and I'm not versed with all the powers in the Expanded Psionics Handbook.

So, I need some assistance as too what powers would be best for this NPC.

I can recommend a strategy for choosing powers, if not the actual powers themselves: pick powers that complement her spells.

If she can't get either Mage Armor or Shield, consider getting Force Shield or Inertial Armor. Likewise if she doesn't have access to transmutation spells, things like Animal Affinity are good to pick up. Most of the telepathy powers are good, from Charm Person up through Dominate etc.

If you aren't enough familiar with Psionics to choose powers, why are you running psionic NPC's? A psionic devil is just bizarre.

I understand the concepts well enough, but I haen't memorized all the psionic power, so I was looking for some advice, that's all.

I haven't chosen her spells yet, but I'm going to concentrate on Enchantment spells and utility spells for this NPC. Its prohibited schools are Divination and Transmutation. As for psionics, I've already decided its going to have psionic dominate and several of the other telepathy powers.

And while a psionic devil is an odd duck, it doesn't seem any stranger than the psionic demon in the XPH.
