Help me track down an Oriental Adventures Module

First Post
My DM is willing to run Oriental Adventures for us, as long as we can track down this old module that he loved.

This is all he remembers about the module:

It was for 1e or 2e (heh ;) )

It was a big fat super module

The PCs had to track down a certain number (7?) of eggs (magical?). Actually, he's guessing about the eggs thing. His exact quote was: "The players had to track down a bunch of eggs or gems or something. I think there was 7. Hrm, I think they also might've been magical eggs."

That's about it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Could it be I12, Egg of the Phoenix (for 1E)? I am not sure, I was scouting through Noble Knight games, and that is a pricey module (there is also a rarer edition in the R-series, that is really expensive). Hope that helps. However, I don't think it is part of the OA series, it might have an OA section. I never got that module, but I did buy most of the smaller ones.

I ddon't know much about OA adventures, but try these sites:

The Acaeum

Click the 'downloads--esds' link on the left, then click the 'Wizards of the Coast ESDs' link. Search from there.

There is a module called Night of the Seven Swords (OA2) in which the heroes have to track down a bunch of relics. I assume that the relics are seven swords, although quickly flipping through the module, I can't confirm that. However, it's only a 48 page module.

As far as I know, my collection of Oriental Adventure modules is complete, so ask him if any of these ring a bell:

OA1 Swords of th Daimyo
OA2 Night of the Seven Swords
OA3 Ochimo, The Spirit Warrior
OA4 Blood of the Yakuza
OA5 Mad Monkey vs. The Dragon Claw
OA6 Ronin Challenge (great adventure, by the way)
OA7 Test of the Samurai
FROA1 Ninja Wars

Thank you so much! We have a winner, it's OA6, Ronin's Challenge, which apparently features a magic egg-laying chicken. :) Also found a 3e conversion in progress for it (as I don't own the module, I have no idea how far along this conversion is).

You can find that at Wu Jen's excellent site.
