Well, I admit it - I'm not a good adventure writer. I'm reading a few books on the subject, but for now I'm just good at settings, not getting characters motivated & into story-arcs.
So I came here - I'm going to post my background handout, and all the statistical info I have on my next campaign, and I need the help of the ENWorlders to help me flash-out a campaign arc.
Statistically, the campaign is as follows:
9th Level, 32 Point Buy, Core Rules Only (for players)
the party; 5 Characters:
Rogue (thief not swindler)
Cleric of Hieronious
Paladin (of the same, Mounted Focus)
Fighter (Spartan Esque)
Fighter (Archer-Focused)
The archer is a new player, but he seems to be catching on, I guess.
The game is a very low magic focus, no starting magic items (alchemy is OK), and all items found are more legendary types: things like Excalibur, the one ring, etc. Also, items the players wield in critical battles or moments will/can become magical at my purview.
Attached, and Following, is my campaign background handout.
I really need specific plot suggestions. I know I want a campaign with about 25-40 sessions, with about 30% side missions (player focused &/or odd quests).
Any and all suggestions welcome!!!!
