He had the ability to use his followers fears to fuel his power he called "God's Kiss" in which when he touched a person he turned them into Zombies. This also seems to be something that other supernatural entities can have as well, in that they are able to draw upon the emotions of people, bith negative emotions such as hate and fear to positive emotions such as love and respect, in roder to fuel their powers or just to make them stronger. So I would appreciate some help in writing this up as a power for the d20 System please. Specifically, I'd like to see it written as a specific power for 3.5 D&D as well as Mutants And Masterminds. I'm asking because I'm not sure how to do this. Thank you.</blockquote>
