Help my lawful evil PC pick a nasty special ability!

My 11th level wizard/conjurer just took a PrC that gives me a special ability chosen from a list, and I qualify for any one of the following:

Dark Pact: May call an outsider of up to 2HD greater than normal for lesser planar ally/lesser planar binding.

Sheer Will: +4 profane bonus on opposed Charisma checks.

Raw Power: +1 caster level to all charm/compulsion spells.

Black Gaze: +1 DC to all charm/compulsion spells.

Overlord: +2 Leadership score and followers/cohorts become fanatics.

Tyrant: You attract one additional cohort to your service.

Unholy Pact: Once per week, there is no payment required for summoning a lesser planar ally or using a lesser planar binding.

Which one is best? I already have Spell Focus: Enchantment and a decent Leadership score. I'm leaning more toward Sheer Will, Overlord, Tyrant or Unholy Pact. Note that I know arcane versions of all planar ally spells. Advice?

I'd go with Tyrant, myself. Cohorts are cool.

I'd take Unholy Pact. But you must first ask the DM whether it also applies to lesser planar binding.

Sheer Will is a really good one. Those Charisma checks are important when using the Planar Binding spells.

If I got the Tyrant ability (extra cohort), I qualify for a 10th level cohort. What would be a cooler special cohort?

1. A fiendish (attractive) harpy (9th level harpy, +1 ECL fiendish template, 10 level class progression) or

2. an erinyes (10th level erinyes)? I've got Savage Species and have extrapolated an erinyes monster class progression by comparing it to the Succubus in Savage Species (12 level class progression). Or

3. a 10th level hamatula?

4. Something else (must be lawful evil); please explain.

5. A 10th level human wizard.

6. A 10th level human fighter.

I've already got an imp familiar and a 6th level fighter/wizard cohort.
