Help Needed-Conversions

I am getting together all the great D20 Modern pdfs out there and going to burn them to CD. In the D20 Modern fourm someone posted a link to a free PDF called Resident Evil: The Umbrella Files. I like it but it is for CoC, could someone tell me stats wise what I would need to adjust for making it D20 Modern.

Just out of curosity, was there anything in the supplemental that diden't pretty much directly translate over to d20M if you just remove the sanity loss?

I just checked the D20M Forum and can't find the thread, have you got a link?

I played in a CoC Resident Evil game last year (GM just removed the Sanity rules) and it went really well.

Now my curiosity is piqued. If you have a link, please post it.

After Googling that is a link to a CoC fan site Downloads section. As I type this I am confirming that it is the correct PDF.

Shapermc, from what I read it would all work. I just thought I read some where in the Modern fourms that weapons did less damage or something. Just wondering, stats wise, if there is any differences between the two games character stats and such.
