Help on Natural Weapon

Hi all. Are there any spells, feats, or special class/PrC abilities that enables you to gain a tentacle and/or sting natural attack for standard races in their "natural form"? Do post the sources... thanks in advance.

Totemists, Magic of Incarnum.
Displacer Mantle-Totem Bind, P 64
- 2 Tentacle Attacks as a full round action, 1d4 Damage+Str. Reach. No AoO allowed with them. +1 Enhancement Bonus to Attack+Damage per Essentia invested
Wormtail Belt - Totem Bind, P 94
- 1 Sting Attack, 1d6 damage+Poison (Fort Negates, Primary 1d4 Strength, Secondary None). +1 Enhancement Bonus to Attack per Essentia invested
 

The Black Talon Spell and the Displacer Mantle is ok but it sadly eats up your primary attack(s) for that turn.

The wormtail is the one I'm looking for a sting attack.

There is a feat from Lords of Madness called, uh, Deepspawn(?), I think, that gives you tentacles.

There are a bunch of fiendish grafts from the Fiend Folio to get tentacles, stings, claws, heck you name it. Oh, and that pesky daily Will save, but what's so bad about Evil?
