Help! Town House needed

A friend of mine is recovering from surgery and asked if I could come and hang out tomorrow (its my off day). I want to run a little one shot one-on-one game for her.

I have created a gestalt rogue/fighter 2 for her and plan on running the following encounters:

1. Thieves Guild puts pressure on the PC to pay debts.
2. PC learns of a rich man who just aquired a famous work of art that he can easilly fence.
3. PC breaks into the house.
4. PC encounters in the house:
- young and overly aggressive daughter who wants PC to "take her away"
- Body guard who has been sleeping off a drunk but is easilly roused
- sleeping servants
- traps
5. Rich Man, it turns out, is a bit of a diabolist and has a nimp guarding his treasure.

Basically I want a little RP, a little combat, and a few skill based encounters (3.5 BTW).

What I would like is to find a suitable town house already stated out with things like hardness for windows and doors, trap types and DCs, and a layout. I can wing it, but any help would be nice. I have most of the last few years of Dungeon, the Pathfinder series up to date, Ptolus, and various other odds and ends, I just don't have alot of time to look through all of it.

Any ideas?

I can't think of such a write up that has hardness, traps, etc... already done.

Personally I would go to an online website for blue prints of a mansion, use it, then use Grimtooths WURST Traps, or Traps and Treachery books, or all the above, to populate it with a few choice traps, using standard wall hardness, et... in the DMG.

The real estate section of the local paper usually has two or three example floor plans in it. I usually just use those.

Other suggestions still welcome.
I drew a few medieval townhouse style maps a while back (D&Dified to a 5ft grid of course), and posted them in the art gallery section of the forum. They're pretty basic, but they might be of interest - so here's the links to the images to save you time (rather than searching for my old post :) ):

I also did an manor-type house thing as a pdf - so here's a link to that too:

I did type up descriptions of the ground floor of this last house (with the occasional harness, lock DC's, and 'treasure' and such included) - though it is pretty much specific to my own game-world, so it might not be of much use. However, I can probably upload it to the internet someplace so that you can take a look at it if sounds like you might be able to use some of it.

Anyway, I hope that helps :)

Thanks everyone, the one-shot is over and the player had a wonderful time that helped to alleviate her growing cabin fever. The PC didn't turn out to be a great burglar, and wound up having to be saved by the daughter of his victim on more than one occasion, but it was fun.
