Help twink my Bioreplica Charismatic Hero

Ok, so last night was the first game with a new group. The GM is playing D20 Modern/Future in a post-apocalyptic setting. It was L7, but post-apoc, it's L6.

Not being intimately familiar with D20 modern, or Future for that matter, I decided I wanted to try to play a bioreplica.

My character is Cherry 2000. Literally.

I'm not clear on what the ability score requirements are for a bioreplica. The rules aren't clear (at least in the SRD). I believe that the "base ability scores" defined are the minimum scores. He allowed me to roll all my scores, except for Con. I didn't actually roll. I just assigned them logically.

Str 10
Dex 14
Con n/a
Wis 12
Int 14
Char 16

I'm a 5th level charismatic Hero. I took the Charm Talent tree.

The problem is, is that the game is sort of combat heavy. In order to not be completely useless in combat, I took the Personal Firearms Feat, and Point Blank Shot. Which seemed to help. My ranged attack is only +4, +5 w/PBS.

And that's it. The other party member had some sort of regeneration ability, and the other character was a dedicated hero. Even he had a better to-hit than I did.

It also doesn't help that I rolled absolutely horrible on my HP - getting only 36 hit points.

Any suggestions on equipment I can add, or modifications I can make so that I won't be entirely worthless in combat?

Of course, it might be all moot after the next game. I have 12 hit points, and unless I can find someone to repair me, I'll just die and I can make an actual useful character.
