The other characters in your party may overshadow you when it comes to power. Warlock is balanced, not in the same class as, say, full casters. As long as you're going Warlock, I'd suggest taking levels of Hellfire Warlock (can be found online on the Wizards website, google it) and dipping into a Tome of Magic class called the Binder to offset the Constitution loss by binding Naeberus for the ability to quickly heal ability damage or taking a feat from Magic of Incarnum called Shape Soulmeld for a Strongheart Vest. The Shape Soulmeld feat is stronger, but more likely to run into rules interpretation issues (I believe it works, your mileage may vary). Binding requires you to learn a bit about the pact magic system in Tome of Magic, and is a bit weaker in terms of healing your ability damage, but you do get a boost in versatility. I know it's not about mind crushing, but you loose virtually nothing by taking Hellfire Warlock and it gives you a few decent abilities. By the way, you should check out the Warlock Information Compilation for more character building advice. Your invocation selection could use some work. Sickening Blast and Frightful Blast aren't very good. While we're on the topic of invocations, Cityscape, Complete Mage, and Dragon Magic have new invocations for warlocks, I believe. They may be useful.
