Depending on the books available, I'd consider a gestalt Figher with Psion or Psionic warrior. Fighters really are the best at combat... just from the volume of feats. Other classes make up for it in other ways, but IMO single class fighters are the most deadly general combatants. I think psionics are very fitting for the Kreen... as well as a powerful choice. Psion would have access to more powerful enhancements and many more powerpoints - including some designed with a 1/2 BAB progression in mind. But Psionic warrior would make for a tremendous number of feats and could allow the series of 'claw' enhancing spells - which will be impressive with the Thiri Kreens 4 natural weapons. You can also wear any armour without interfering with your casting, although I'm not sure Kreen can even wear armour? I agree that Cleric/Monk could be an interesting one - some of the clerical buffs would make such a character very unpleasant. Although the lack of armour might hurt and they're going to be somewhat reliant on buffing themselves before a fight. If you want to steer clear of magic. Then a Fighter/Rogue will have amazing synergy. Good fort/reflex, sneak attack (with 4 arms!), loads of skills, top BAB and loads of feats. Can't be anything other than nasty. Switching Fighter for Paladin, Barbarian or Ranger could also work rather well, depending on where you see the character going. Whichever way you go, I'd definitely focus on making use of the number of limbs...
