Help with hexmapping.

A while ago, I inherited an arena game on the wonderful RPOL server, which can be found here.

I'd like to add a couple of new maps to the place--unfortunately, the original GM vanished into the ether some time ago, so I can't ask him what he used for the mapping.

So does anyone know of a mapping utility that works in hexes, and can produce maps that look at least partly like the existing ones, which can be seen at the bottom of this page?

Free would be the preferred choice, but I don't mind paying a bit if necessary.

HexMapper (do a google search) works in hexes and is free. No idea if it resembles the maps on that page though; it won't let me view them.

Actually, they can't. I was going to take a look and see if I knew of anything similar, but the link won't open: "Game Visitors may only view topics in forum 0", or something like that.

So, you won't find any help here... :\
