Help with post-ap cyberpunk setting

I'm working on a setting for Nexus D20 called Outlands. It is a post apocalyptic style cyberpunk setting. There was no actual apocalypse. Basically it is the foundations of cyberpunk taken to the extreme. Cities are walled off and under corporate control. The Haves have every luxury and technology available. The Have-Nots are basically living in the trash piles between the cities.
I was thinking about sort of a Mad Max/Gamma World type set up. Vehicles would be electric trucks and dune buggys.
The cyberware is mostly bulky and crude. They steal medical equipment and attach robot limbs to themselves.
Mutants have various kinds of powers.
Pure humans are useful since they can pass through some of the sensors to break in and steal from the cities.

Any other ideas?

Sounds like you should take a look at Gunnm (aka Battle Angel Alita).

Pretty much what you're describing.
