A Champion Fighter 20/Rogue 20 would have a 15% chance of critting per attack(x4) and getting to roll 20d6 but only once per turn. This would be a great character especially ranged. But a Half Orc Champion Fighter/Barbarian 20 would get a 15% chance of critting per attack(x5) and getting to roll 5d12(assuming greataxe) but can do so on every hit every round. The Barbarian can choose to attack with advantage every swing too giving you a much better than 15% to crit. The math says on average you would crit at least once a round. Your regular hit would be 1d12+7(Str)+4 extra rage damage +10 with GWM feat so 1d12+21 per hit with 5 attacks per round normally not counting bonus action or reaction or use of magic items. Imagine the round with you rolling about 25d12+105 if you get lucky with crits(Lucky feat would be epic here) and that is not even considering using an action surge. Barbarian 20/Monk of the Long Death 20 would give you a base movement of 75ft a turn(lol) and unarmed strikes of 1d10+11 while raging. Long Death Monk gives you 25 temp hp every time you kill an enemy in melee. Mastery of Death lets you choose not to die as long as you have Ki remaining. Combine all that with Rage resistance and this character would be nearly impossible to kill. Take Mobile Feat and Elf Totem Barbarian for some silly 100ft movement per turn. You can also dash with a bonus action so it gets even sillier. Your fist would be your ranged weapons haha. This character would be fun to rp too. Kind of like a Dr Jeckyll and Mr Hyde. You try to keep calm but you usually just freak out and go ballistic. Only downfall would be only 3 regular attack per round with a reliable bonus action for 1 or 2 more.
