Help with problem downloading

krocha

First Post
I was hoping someone here could help with a problem I'm having downloading Tactics & Strategies: Attacks of Opportunity. I purchased it a week back or so, it shows up on my bookshelf as a download option, but everytime I try to download it it says there is a problem and that customer support has been notified. I've also tried twice to email customer support directly but so far have gotten no response back.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you could copy & paste the error message here, that should make it easier for TwinRose to diagnose and quickly fix the problem for you. :)

Here's what I get when I try to download:

Warning: DB_Sql_vb::halt(./includes/functions_log_error.php) [function.halt]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /http/includes/db_mysql.php on line 389

Warning: DB_Sql_vb::halt() [function.include]: Failed opening './includes/functions_log_error.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /http/includes/db_mysql.php on line 389

There seems to have been a slight problem with the EN World - Morrus' D&D / d20 News & Reviews Site database.

He'll need to confirm, but it looks to me like the publisher hasn't uploaded the file to the store. That's just a guess on my part, though - TwinRose will be able to answer more definitely.

Thanks for the help.

You've done all you need to do by posting here. TwinRose (Chris) will see this thread next time he logs on. If I happen to speak to him before then, I'll point him towards it - he's usually on every day. Not sure what time it is where he is right now (Seattle, for anyone who knows their timezones!) :)

Cool... Thanks again.

A normal "missing file" error would be different from this. Obviously, there is in fact a missing file, and that's something that the publisher should handle. However, I'll have a look here and see if it got uploaded under a different product ID or something of that nature - that's surprisingly common, that a publisher will accidentally double-upload a file, especially when adding multiple files at once.
