First off what are the limitations on types of creatures that can recieve grafts, the FF is really vague on this point.  All that is really mentioned are PCs and NPCs recieving the grafts but its not explicit in excluding other creatures.  I'm asking this because the PCs will shortly be running into some servants of Orcus and rather than throwing the standard undead or demon at the party, I thought a sort of undead/demon cross using fiendish grafts would be really cool.  The way I see it is that as long as the undead is intelligent it should be able to recieve a graft.  And it's a good way to toughen up those ghouls, ghasts, and wights without giving them insane numbers of HD or other ridiculous things.  Themeatically I don't see why Orcus wouldn't mind chopping up a treacherous demon who has betrayed him and grafted pieces of it onto an undead creature bound to serve him.  2. Secondly if I added these grafts to the undead what would be a good way to approximate the increase in CR ?</blockquote>
