I don't think any of Inquisator, Paladin or Cavalier are all that well suited to dual wielding, it's very feat intensive. Saying that it might work o.k. when smiting for a Paladin as you've got a bonus for each hit. It looks like half-vampire is probably Dhampir Dhampir - Pathfinder_OGC so yeah, they are treated as undead for healing (unless it's been house ruled or it's something else, check with the GM) If you go Paladin you're probably going to be best off healing yourself as a swift action anyway rather than doing too much for the rest of the party (and the halfling and human will probably give you enough to use the rest of your healing on anyway) I'd be cautious about playing a LG character in a group where there is an evil character irrespective of the class of the LG character, at the very least you'd want to talk it over with the GM to see how he interprets a paladin's code for interaction. I'm not sure how badly the Cavalier will be affected by the adventure type, it looks like it's at least somewhat hurt in areas where being mounted isn't practical and an undead heavy campaign may not have all that many situations where the mount is overly usable. Saying that years back in 2nd ed AD&D days I played a NE fighter in a group with a Paladin and the group went o.k. (Of course it helped that my character was smart enough to realize that she was much better off with the Paladin fighting on her side rather than against her) I don't think I'd rate dex as a dump stat for an Inquisitor but it's not a top priority (unless you're going archer build) the different human races are _probably_ Ethnicities from the Pathfinder Inner Sea World Guide. From the classes you've listed it looks like the party isn't all that optimized so you'd probably be o.k. to play anything. The Paladin would probably add the most to the party as a badly needed tank, the Cavalier can do that role as well and the Inquisitor would be o.k. as well.
