If this is the case, can you please point me to the rule that makes it clear? More simply… Does Frost Weapon give powers the Cold keyword on demand? Taking it a step further... Is there any way to grant a power new, different, or addition keywords? Where is the rule to support this if it is the case? Thanks guys.</blockquote>
