The Arideen army besieged the tower. It is evident from the site that they breached the walls and invaded the tower, but no one knows what happened to the army or the garrison. Everyone seemed to have just...vanished. Reeve Bine doesn’t want anyone stirring up old ghosts to threaten Bredon, and so forbids us from disturbing the tower. There have been increased reports of bandit activity, though.
