I think there's something more sinister going on.   Remember that in every picture of the Boogeyman that Molly draws, the "hero" symbol figures prominently.  The necklace that Peter's wearing could just as likely trace back to the Boogeyman as to the Hatian.  Also, I think it's obvious that Nathan isn't his own man, anymore.  Just as, I think, Jessica wasn't her own woman in her half-life inside Nikki's brain.  I agree there are definitely parallels between Nathan/Peter and Nikki/Jessica.  Also remember that the Hero symbol showed up as a tattoo when Jessica took over.  I think this traces back to the Boogeyman, as well.  The boogeyman may have some kind of power to snag the "souls" of heroes that have died, and bring them back under his control by binding them with the living (as he did with Jessica).  This is one of the reasons it is so terrifying for Molly that the Boogeyman can "see her"...he's looking at her from somewhere the living aren't ever supposed to see...So, Nathan died, and the boogeyman brought him back.  The face in the mirror is the "real" nathan, burned and scarred and irradiated.  The face we see is the "Jessica" version of Nathan, for lack of a better word.  I'm pretty confident that, at some point, we'll see a Hero Symbol tattoo on Nathan, somewhere.Also, if he has the power to resurrect dead heroes as thralls, I think it's pretty obvious that's how Sylar makes his comeback...Can anybody confirm if Jessica/Nikki were twins?  If so, were they identical?  I don't remember.  I'm speculating that Jessica wasn't just in Nikki's head, that when they switched, they actually switched bodies.  No one could tell that they had switched bodies because they were identical twins.  Hence, the tattoo is there on Jessica, not on Nikki.  ***insert Occam's Razor here***Or, one of the powers that Peter has absorbed from Sylar and didn't know about is the ability to share powers with others, and he just Regenerated Nathan that way.  But what fun is a solution that takes up 3 lines of text, rather than 3 paragraphs, to explain?   <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)"  data-smilie="2"data-shortname=";)" /></blockquote>
