Hart-Felt Productions is seeking authors (either as individuals or as teams) for Horrific Pastimes, our new line of modern horror d20 adventure frameworks and support materials.
What is an adventure framework? It’s a detailed outline of an adventure for a GM, providing a plot, a timeline of events, stats for the required NPC’s, maps and descriptions of the locations in the adventure, troubleshooting tips, and an appendix containing any handouts for the players (including pre-generated characters). This way, the GM has all the information they need to run the adventure, and still be able to easily customize it to their own campaign.
Horrific Pastimes adventure frameworks are published as miniseries: four frameworks to a story. Each framework is designed to be played individually, but when purchased as a set, includes information on how to link all the frameworks for the series into an overall campaign arc. Horrific Pastimes adventure frameworks will be published as complete sets, so all four adventures and support materials must be ready to go before the products are released.
Authors will be paid a royalty of 40% of the selling price of the PDF, paid monthly, with payments being made approximately 30 days after the end of the month. If there are more than one author for a particular adventure, the royalty will be split between them, as requested by the authors.
