High crit construct <question>

I'm sorry for making a thread for this almost irrelevant thing but it's driving me mad.

I remember a construct from a manual I can't find.
It was an opaque-gold colored knight that looked as if it were wearing light armor, it had the typical knight helmet with an openable visor and he had two rapiers welded in his hands; it was jumping from a balcony.
Rapiers with 12-20 crits, combat reflexes and great initiative. VD was around 12-14 I think.
