Most people don't know this, but it's just a setting. There was an accompanying PDF with a simple OSR ruleset available, but technically there's no rule. The game takes for granted that you're on a roadtrip from or to the Black City (can't remember). It's a loooong pointcrawl where each point is detailed in the book. The second edition came out recently and I cannot recommend it enough.I recently bought the Rainy City bundle on DrivethruRPG, I don't have much to say as I've only skimmed it. But it has fantastic reviews and recommendations. It has ton of content and what I read is really evocative.</blockquote>
