But if things had gone differently you might have encountered more of them in smaller, level-appropriate groups. </p><p></p><p>Short of Orc Raider skirmisher-3s spontaneously morphing into Orc Warrior minion-9s whenever too many get together, like the Inverse Ninja rule applied to Orcs, I don't see a solution.
