I think you have a good start, however I think you do have a couple things that need to be cleared up. 1. Divine Empathy, it sounds like he can force himself to be an autonomous familiar. Granted, yes, you do give the option of a disciple to expel him with a save a DC but I think it should be clearer if he is just subject as like a familiar or not. I don't think it is game breaking necessarily but it does sound like a dip with the right feats he could pawn off buffs and/or also possibly major boon to scrying and diviners. 2. Draw upon Faith, okay, A. does this he can only benefit the incapacitated disciple with the spell. B. What is exactly meant by he can use a random spell from memory? I would say leave that out and allow him to spontaneously cast out of the debilitated disciple like a good cleric with the same restrictions set out said in the end. 3. Faithful Companion, what is the duration of the sacrificed save? 4. Spell-like abilities, what is the casting level for the effects? 5. Redeemers mercy, is it just critical hits or does that include anything precision damage based? I know many a people who would take that as a gateway to eliminate precision damage oriented abilities. 6. Gathering the Flock, are their restrictions on to what you can have a populace aid you with? It isn't game breaking on its own but I think many DM's would be frustrated in dealing with masses like that in any battle situation. Otherwise, it is a nice little personal support class.
