Currently playing a circle of the moon druid and I wanted to share some ideas on beast forms to help fill-up the drastic gap of combat form options available at higher CRs. Also as a good resource for those DMs that like a bit of variety in their monster line-up. To make these I mostly used existing stat blocks for monsters with corresponding CR levels while checking if they fell within the bounds of the DMG table. My general goal was to provide one option for each size category. In case you guys can't tell, entomologist by trade so the list is highly insect biased. Please feel free to critique, your comments will greatly help balance these guys out.
