Homebrew cities

First Post
I'm working on describing a city to use as a ongoing base and source of adventures for our group. Of course, the first step in any creative work is to pillage ideas from others.

Does anyone have suggestions of online rpg cities (medieval/fantasy) that they would recommend? I think I know about most of the published ones, but I want to take a look at what the net can come up with as well.

There is my own all-original City of Melkot that Erik Mona thought was cool enough to include in his Living Greyhawk Gazetteer and add it to the official World of Greyhawk map when he published the series of 4 large poster maps in Dungeon Magazine.
