Hosted Forum has not appeared

I purchased a forum to be hosted here at EN World, and am not seeing it anywhere. Sent Email both to the address that RPG Now gave me, and to the address listed for advertisers, and I am still getting no response.

Please tell me what I need to do to get this forum up and running.

I am assuming that one of the addresses you tried was for Russ? If not, the link at the bottom of the page listed as Contact Morrus should help.

When did you purchase the hosted forum? It isn't an automated process so it will take a little bit of time. But Russ has always been responsive to my emails, so I would expect he will be on top of it as soon as he can. Of course, he is in England, so it is entirely possible he is asleep right now.

Both the emails I used were for Russ. And I purchased the forum late last week sometime. Not a lot of time, I know, but the info said it could be up and running within hours, and it has been days. The lack of response and the fact that the email address RPG Now gives comes back as user_unknown have me a bit more on edge than I might normally be.

Thanks for getting it taken care of, and I'll look in on it later today. I would like to know if they will be renewable, as I had planned to keep this up and running indefinitely.

Thanks for getting the forum up for us Morrus. I do have two other questions..

First, could someone please change the subtitle to "A World of Warcraft Guild"? I did the actual buying, but it's for the guild, and I'd rather it didn't look like I was trying to exert undue influence either on the forum or the guild.

Second. since I apparently found a loop-hole that let me buy it, is that hole still open? I'd like to add a password protected sub-forum, if it won't create too much havoc for you...
