Saw it Saturday and loved it. My friend and I laughed our butts off. Unfortunately, there were only about 10-15 other people in the theater, and they were either quiet or didn't think it was funny. Would have loved to have seen it with a crowd that was really into it.

That's 2 for 2. Shaun of the Dead was wonderful, too.

I saw it yesterday with my wife, who had only a passing familiarity with Shaun of the Dead. We both loved it. I'm going to ad it to my DVD collection as soon as I can.

I've seen it twice now. Great movie, though the second viewing got a bit slow during the buildup to the giant action scenes. Once you know what's going on, watching him figure the whole thing out isn't all that entertaining.

I still laughed through the whole movie, though. Hilarious stuff. If you haven't seen it, you very much should.

I thought it was the funniest movie so far this year. Some folks might not get some of the humor about city vs. country, or the ultracompetitive village of the year competitions, but there is still plenty to laugh at. It also helps if you've seen some of the referenced buddy cop films and/or Shawn of the Dead. There's also some spoofing of the bureaucracy of policing that's pretty funny. "We don't have a police FORCE because that sounds too aggressive." LOL.

The movie is brilliant.
