[QUOTE="Ermanaric, post: 383611, member: 7380"] Yes your right. Halflings need to get thinner. They needed to get tougher. They needed to get an attitude. They needed long dreadlocks and wear all black and wander around like little mad maxes of the world. I geuss today's players only respect that kind of thing. They don't understand that some players actually would prefer to play the race that IS the conventional stay at home type who is constantly at odds with his adventuring lyfestyle. Yes it's all about power. It's all about making them"cool" for the people who couldn't just say aw shucks I don't like the halflings. No.. NO and again no. They HAD to fix the "problem". And what IS the problem. Lets take a look at these claims: Halflings are fat. Ok so more halflings tend to put on weight than average. I'd suspect all the overweight players out there would have a problem with that. Another thing: no shoes. Oh boy! What a bummer dude! They just don't look cool without those shoes! Better slap some nice spiffy D&D style black leathers on those poor skinny pale little halflings. They like to stay at home more than the other races and they tend to enjoy creature comforts.
