How bout a monster or team GoD?

Hmm, I've been thinking about alternate versions to the standard Game of Death. Some ideas:

Team GoD: 1 team defends a castle/keep/stronghold/dungeon against a group of attackers.

Monster GoD: Everyone gets so many levels worth of monsters to throw into the arena. Standard monsters only, with possibly no character classes and no templates depending on GM running the thing.

Personally, I would like to run/play a GoD where one team is a band of heroic adventurers versus the the inhabitants of a dungeon!

I like this idea.

I'd be interested in playing an Assault kind of GoD, where you have a dungeon, or fortress that you have to defend.

Sounds Unreal Tournament-esque.

could be quite cool!

Well, the Iconics should fight the non-iconics...even though the non-iconics are like, half the number and reaper belongs to both groups it would be interesting :) Perhaps make it the non-iconics and the psionisicle group vs. the iconics to make it an even fight? Anyhow, I was wanting someone to run a Reverse Dungeon type game, where the players actually play monsters and defend a dungeon and their treasures (in the Reverse Dungeon module in AD&D, the monsters were bound by a wish-geas so they wouldn't age but couldn't leave the dungeon or face sickness then death). I think that would be interesting. For a GoD with people on both sides its harder since both teams will know the basic layout of the map unless you allowed access to only a certain few and constantly had to update a mini-map of the whole area...
