I was wondering if someone could help me out with information on how I can submit a rule question to the Sage or Sage Advice. Is Skip Williams still answering questions in Sage Advice in Dragon, or on an individual basis? Also, if you know what the rules or ettiquette is for submitting a question and the likelihood it will get answered and the time it might take to get an answer, that would be very helpful, as I've never submitted a question before.
I'm helping on a volunteer basis to update data from the SRD 3.5 for a computer utility, and I've run accross several rules questions which impact the attacks for numerous 3.5 critters and was hoping to get a semi-official answer while we wait for the 3.5 errata to be published.
