How do you create non-linear dungeons?

How do you go about looping your dungeons so they are non-linear?

I've been using this method I developed years ago, and then for my most recent maps I just drew free-hand and tried to make sure there were lots of loops.

Any other methods?

I've used hypercubes before... drove the players batty.
I've used dimension doors to wild effect - putting them behind a physical door...
and not always to a doorway on the other end.

Ken St. Andre wrote and published a T&T adventure where each doorway was a gate... four lefts don't always bring you back...

Edit to add: The hypercube was from an article in either Dragon or Dungeon...
