My ex-wife thought that I displayed some autistic traits as well - and it was actually one of the reasons we ended our marriage. On the other hand, my partner who sees a lot of autistic children as part of her job also says that there are so many cases and symptoms, but that, to her, although some of my behaviours might be considered autistic, I am certainly not within the range of being considered autistic to any degree.
