How do you find names for PCs and NPCs?

What are your favourite ways of finding or generating names for PCs or NPCs?

I used to use EBoN - the Everchanging Book of Names. Now there's so many web sites out there that can do specific feels I don't bother. When DMing I've got a list by gender (for those that split byt hat) and class for all my major cultures, wehn I need to make up a new NPC I cross it off and jot some notes.

When I'm making PCs I just make them up - that's a more personal thing for me.

I use the name generator inside the WotC 5e DM screen (the first one; I don't know if it's still there in the new one) when I need a name on the fly. When I have time to prepare, I generally use http://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/, which can generate names for all kinds of stuff.

My Dwarf character names come from looking at an atlas of Norway - Sweden - Denmark and picking a cool-sounding town / city.

My Elf character names come from Tolkien's works. I use a word from his High Elvish, not always a proper noun.

My Human character names I just make up, and try not to be excessively unimaginative (Fred, Tom).

Any other race's character names, I pick something off a list created by somebody else for this purpose.

I like the name generators from fantasy and sci-fi shows!

Check http://donjon.bin.sh/ which has a load of random generators for fantasy to Sci-Fi settings merely check it as it does have one for names from different cultures and regions say Asia or Africa.
