I'd add that for those reading this story, do make sure you have some people skills/sales ability. Otherwise, you'll just scare off store owners who are just trying to offlift nerd merch onto people walking in the door. If it works out, don't be afraid to get more aggressive with it and ask for dedicated space and schedule a regular time you'll do a game for them (again, make sure you've got some points/dots in Diplomacy/Persuasion/Negotiation here!) because that can potentially mean they can stock RPG stuff (at least D&D/Pathfinder if not FFG/Catalyst swag) and get other types in the stores -- and it can't hurt to have a busier store, too!</p></blockquote><p></p>
