I never want to see that New Posts page or that Forum List page. If I see either, it's because I misclicked. When I come to the site, I first look at one of two things: the front page with the new articles, or my notifications. After dealing with one or both of them, my next goal is to get to the Level Up sub-forum and the D&D sub-forum. This is more annoying to accomplish than I would like. From the front page there is a tiny little down arrow next to Community in the top navigation bar. If I click it, I can then click Level Up on the drop down list. But sometimes I mistakenly click on Community instead of the arrow. Blech. Now, it takes me to the useless to me New Posts page. And then I'm like, "how the crap do I get to the forum list?" because the options at the top of the page have now changed. At this point I have to go to the smaller navigation bar underneath the main navigation bar, and click on the even tinier arrow next to Forum List so that I have a second chance at clicking on the sub-forum I want to visit. If I'm not thinking and I click instead on Forum List, it takes the same number of clicks (one more), but because it loads a new page and looks different than the drop down, it takes more mental energy. For some reason, I think the mobile site might actually be a bit easier. I tap those three flat bars, then the arrow next to Community, then the sub-forum I want to go to. I don't know why that feels easier, but it does--and I'm someone who would much rather use a computer than a mobile device.
