For spells. for example, the first tab is a complete list of all spells - name, level(s), product, and who wrote it. Then I list them all soted according to class, with each class getting its own tab. Works very well, and it's great for cross-checking the books. PrCs is basically the same - a master list, and then I list them by class, according to which class(es) can take it soonest. Monsters are listed by CR (templates get their own tab), and magic items are listed by type. It takes a bit of work to put it all in there at first (especially if you have a LOT of stuff), but it's worth it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
