His Int is an ordinary human 16, but maybe I'll bump it up tomorrow. (Epic level spells can do nearly anything as long as you have enough first level cultists helping in your ritual casting. DC 0 spells can be invented and cast for free.  <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D"  data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" />) The Gods are probably coming for the character one way or the other, because he's been strongly anti-theist troughout his career and, up until now, he's been trying to damage them as much as possible without drawing a lethal amount of attention to himself. It's hard not to notice a 60-charisma character, though. A trancendant wisdom might justify continuing his campaign, even though by our mortal standards it seems a foolishly dangerous thing to do. Maybe I can play up the insanity aspect a little, or simply pretend that his wisdon is so great that it appears like insanity to others. Maybe divine diplomacy is the way to go. Party dynamics will be interesting, and I hope his mental buffness won't aggravate the others too much. They are a group of fine role-players, so it will probably work as long as I can get my part to work. Hmm, as I said; A lot to consider.
