You should be able to use the slipcases that the latter ship in to store the former, however. And seeing as how the Starship Troopers Floorplans tiles are for wilderness terrain, they might not be a bad investment for you as a D&D player, either (I picked mine up new for $4.99 a set for specifically this reason*).
