Lets take it point by point: 1) Paragon Classes - Paragon classes were designed to mimic the character customization of Prestige classes while removing the nit-noid requirements. I think that Paragon classes will expand to offer more options as Racial Paragon Classes so we'll see the return of Dwarven Defender. I also think we might see some more "Multiclass" type Paragon classes like the Wizard of the Spiral Tower. This PC is rather popular. 2) What will be added - Multiclassing will be flushed out with more feats to allow deeper customization. I think that a feat will emerge to allow players to swap an At Will power. Furthermore, I see some class features finding their way into Multiclass feats to allow players to qualify for a PC. Wizard Spells will also see some major changes to make their Controller Damage spells competitive with Cleric controller damage spells. 3) 3rd Party Stuff - Personally I would love for Iron Kindoms to be a 4e game rather than a 3e game. I'm a rabid Warmachine player and as it stands the 3e system doesn't do Warmachine any justice. The cinematic explosive style of gaming is better represented in 4e. Whether or not they take that plunge I cannot rightly say, but dammit I wish they would. So far the WotC team has done a decent job with Dragon and Dungeon but Eric Mona is a talented individual and they have some big shoes to fill. I think that his talent will allow the divisive nature of a version war to linger, simply because Paizo publishing is very good at what it does. Unfortunately for 3e not every company has Eric Mona as their Editor in Chief and most will likely buckle in short order.
