Since they just came out with the schedule, I'd say it will be out in Feb. I wouldn't get your heart set before Valentine's Day though.

Usually the releases of new datasets occur around the middle of each month. If I had to guess, I would say around the 18-19th of Feb.

Well, after speaking to the guy building 'Players Guide to Faerun' (me),I can say with 100% certainty that that dataset will be complete by Feb 7th! WotC approval usually doesn't take more than a week, so a successful Feb. release is still expected.

I can also assure the highest quality on it (even more than our ususal high standards): as a guy who's been running a 3.5 Realms game on pen & paper for a year, all the while wishing I had it in eT already, I know exactly what & how this Realms Core DB needs
